This allows our tenants to design a custom home for a monthly rental rate that they can afford. Severyn Development has a number of home layouts to chose from and include both single family and two family homes.

This provides an additional income unit for our Tenant Buyers. Our Tenant Buyers are then allowed to lease the additional income unit to family, friends, their own tenants or use the extra space to run their own AirBnB!
