34 Horton Place was one of two, duplex style homes built by Severyn Development and offered under our Rent Today, Own Tomorrow Program in the City of Buffalo. Once enrolled in our Rent Today, Own Tomorrow Program, 10% of all rental payments are saved and contributed by Offer Advantage to assist in the purchase of the home when our tenant buyer is ready.
