1016 Lafayette was built by Severyn Development as our first three unit offering. Including two multilevel 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex units with a carriage house that can hold two cars and a one bedroom upper apartment. It was built as a brand new concept of creating multiple units that can still blend into the neighborhood. Offer Advantage plans to offer two more of these style buildings at 1017 and 1021 Lafayette. Expected completion in the Summer of 2022.
