As an Offer Advantage Representative, you will be provided with the following:
1.Up to $500,000 in working capital.
In order to finance the entire cost of up to 5 projects at one time
2.Continued support provided by our Account Manager.
Your Account Manager will assist you with budgeting, paying bills, sticking to your timeframe. We will be providing you with a dedicated back office from the start
3.Investment Training
Including a full rehabbing curriculum teaching you how to properly buy and renovate residential properties
As an Offer Advantage Representative, you will be entitled to 40% of all realized profits.
4.Marketing Materials
We will provide you with the marketing materials necessary to present yourself as a member of our team, as well as accompany you to your first office presentation to introduce the program to your office.
5.Your very own Real Estate Investing Firm
You will be working with the Offer Advantage team to market for homes, purchase properties, rehab and manage each sale

Representative Requirements
  • Each Representative is required to have at least two years experience in the Cleveland real estate market.

Representatives are not required to stop selling real estate.

  • A credit score of 680 or higher is necessary to be approved for $500,000 .

Loan amounts will increase if necessary.

  • Every Representative is required to pay $670.00 per month to remain a partner of Offer Advantage.

Only a limited amount of applicants will be approved as Representatives.

Offer Advantage will be hosting 4 public presentations seeking individuals for this opportunity. We intend to be investing in the Cleveland market by August of 2018.
